How does it work

Note: Garages perform installations with basic to intermediate levels of complexity, on light commercial vehicles. Specialists can install all hardware, including peripherals, and come to your premises.

    Verizon Connect has no control over the cost of installation. You and the installer can agree on the price.

  • What is the difference between a specialist and a garage?

    Both garage and specialists can perform most hardware installations. However, more complex installations can only be performed by specialists.

    Some specialist installers can install devices at your place of business. For garage installations, you have to bring your vehicles to them.

  • Do I have to use one of these installers?

    No. We have have step-by-step guides and videos to help you install your devices. We recommend using a 3rd party installer if you do not have someone in your company who can safely install the Verizon Connect hardware.
