Installation technicians are the face of Verizon Connect and we rely on them to leave a great impression on the customer.
Arriving in a clean and tidy vehicle is a great first impression, but litter and debris leaves a lasting bad impression. Chances are any letter left on site will be there for some time, so it'll be there every day when the owner of the company arrives to work.
Before starting installations, create one waste collection point and maintain it through the installation. This makes it easier to keep everything tidy.
After each installation, remove wire and cable tie waste from the vehicle.
If the customer is happy to allow you to use their waste facility, dispose of everything but electronic equipment there. Incorrect disposal of electronic equipment can result in prosecution for contravention of WEEE rules.
