Add or Remove Install Types from an existing device install using Enterprise Installer Portal (Fleet)

  1. Sign in to the Installer Portal.

  2. Select Add/Remove Diagnostics

  3. Search the VIN, Vehicle ID/Tagor Plate VIN you are working on.
  4. Click Next once you have verified the vehicle selection.
  5. Choose the Yes radio button to indicate the device is connected to diagnostics.
  6. Select the Install Type for your specific installation from the drop down menu and click Next.
  7. Choose Confirm.

QA the device

The Basic QA dashboard appears green to indicate the GPS location and ignition status test passed.

  1. To pass the Basic QA test, a vehicle must be in good cellular and GPS coverage, and the device must detect the vehicle's ignition turning on and off.
  2. Validate the time stamp and address in the Valid Point Feed section.
  3. Click the Refresh Assessment link to retry any failed tests, or click the Continue link to proceed to the Device Input QA menu.
  4. Click Next on the Device Input QA screen to test the sensor input(s).
  5. View unacceptable and acceptable test results.
    Sensor inputs must be detect a voltage transition of +/- 6V to 24V in their engaged and disengaged state to pass testing.
