Camera Input harness may not be connected correctly to DVR or the harness cable is stressed or crimped.

Check all the connections between the DVR and the cameras and the DVR and the monitor.

Confirm that the camera input harness is not being stressed or crimped.

Unscrew the 4-pin aviation camera connector and check for bent pins and reseat it.

Do a continuity test on the cabling using digital multimeter.

Swap the cable.
