Technician guide: Unassign a device from a vehicle on Fleet

To unassign a device from a vehicle, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Enterprise Fleet Installer portal.

  2. Go to the Install tab and select Un-install Device from the drop-down menu.

  3. Find the vehicle you want to unassign the device from. Search by customer name or the vehicle’s VIN, tag, or license plate number.

  4. Choose the correct vehicle.

  5. Select Next.

  6. Select Unlink to unassign the camera from the vehicle.
