Select the Installation Work Ticket.
Scan or enter the ESN for the vehicle tracker and select Search.
Select the line item for the job:
- When installing a VTU and driver ID, select Installation - Single Device or Installation - Multiple Devices.
- When installing RFID only, select service/repair.
Enter or verify the vehicle identification number (VIN) or year, make, model information.
Select the QA Test tab.
Select Installation-RFID in the Select Installed Peripherals menu.
Tap Save .
To test Driver ID, tap RFID.
Turn on the vehicle ignition and select Start Test.
Tap the Driver ID reader with the RFID card or key fob.

If successful, the buzzer switches off.
To run the test again, select Run test again.
To exit the test, select Close.
If the test fails, check the installation and choose Run test again.
To complete the installation, choose Finalize Install.
