Verify an installation in the Enterprise Installer Portal (Fleet)

  1. Sign in to the Installer Portal.

  2. Select Install Device.

  3. Enter the Customer Name and select Search.

  4. Select Next.

  5. Enter the Vehicle ID and select Search.

  6. Select Next.

    • If the device was shipped pre-linked to a VIN, then enter the device ESN, IMEI or MAC ID provided and select Search.

    • Otherwise, enter unlinked then select Search to find the VIN or vehicle alias.

  7. Answer the questions when prompted.

  8. Select Next.

  9. In the Device Menu:

    • Select the device type.

      • XBP-Xirgo, LMU-CalAmp, VT400, and EAT for Verizon Connect devices.

    • Enter the ESN or Serial number .

    • The device model auto-selects once the drop-down arrow is selected.

    • Select Next

  10. Verify that the vehicle information is correct, then select Next.

  11. Answer the questions when prompted.

  12. Select Install Type from the drop-down menu.

  13. Select Next.

  14. Verify that the Installation Checklist is complete, then select Link Now.

  15. The Basic QA dashboard appears green to indicate that GPS location and ignition status test has been passed.

    • Use the Refresh Assessment link to retry any failed tests.

    1. Once you are certain that the device is correctly installed, Select Continue.

    2. To test Sensor Input Status, select Next.

    3. To view Un-acceptable or Acceptable results, select Expand/Hide Details.

    4. To retry any failed tests, select Redo QA.

    5. To complete and finalize QA results, select Next.

    6. Upload any notes and images in the summary screen, you can also run an Ad Hoc QA from this screen.
